End User License Agreement
The licence that governs your use of the VPNZO app.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA", "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and VPNZO ("VPNZO", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the VPNZO mobile application, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). VPNZO is operated by Taprise Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using VPNZO, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
1. License to Use the Service
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, VPNZO grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to:
- Download and install the application on compatible devices you own or control
- Access and use the Service solely for lawful personal purposes
- Use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules
This license does not grant ownership of the application or any intellectual property rights.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, reproduce, alter, or adapt any portion of the Service
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to extract source code
- Sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the application
- Circumvent security or authentication systems
- Use VPNZO for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Interfere with servers, networks, or infrastructure connected to the Service
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service in unauthorized ways
Any unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
3. Nature of the Service
VPNZO provides encrypted network routing technology intended to improve online privacy and connection security.
While VPNZO enhances protection during internet usage, no VPN solution can guarantee complete anonymity, unrestricted access in all jurisdictions, or absolute protection against cyber threats.
You acknowledge that:
- Internet performance may vary depending on networks and regions
- Service availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons
- VPNZO is provided as a technology service and not as legal, cybersecurity, or compliance advice
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Ensuring your use of VPNZO complies with local laws and regulations
- Any activity conducted through your account or device while using the Service
You agree not to use VPNZO in any manner that could damage the reputation, infrastructure, or lawful operation of the Service.
5. Privacy and Data Handling
VPNZO may process limited technical and operational information necessary to provide the Service.
Our data practices are described separately in the Privacy Policy. By using VPNZO, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.
VPNZO does not claim ownership of user traffic or personal content transmitted through the Service.
6. Software Updates
From time to time, VPNZO may release:
- Security patches
- Performance improvements
- Feature modifications
- Compatibility updates
Some updates may be installed automatically depending on your device settings and platform policies.
Continued use of the Service after updates become available constitutes acceptance of the updated software and any revised terms.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All components of VPNZO, including but not limited to:
- Software code
- Branding
- Logos
- Interface design
- Graphics
- Documentation
- Network architecture
remain the exclusive property of VPNZO and its licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this Agreement.
8. Suspension and Termination
VPNZO reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at its discretion if:
- This Agreement is violated
- Illegal or abusive activity is detected
- Use of the Service creates security or operational risks
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the application and discontinuing use of the Service.
Upon termination, all rights granted under this EULA immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
VPNZO makes no guarantees regarding:
- Continuous availability
- Specific performance levels
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices or networks
- Uninterrupted or secure access at all times
Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VPNZO and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Device damage
- Network failures
- Security incidents beyond our reasonable control
In all circumstances, total liability arising from the use of VPNZO shall be limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Service during the preceding twelve months.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may modify this EULA from time to time. Updated versions may be published through the application, website, or other official channels. Continued use of VPNZO after revisions become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
